Xiaohongshu Profile API

Returns one Xiaohongshu creator: display name, RedNote id (author.username), bio, avatar, followers, following, notes posted, likes received and the IP province. Accepts a profile URL or the user id carried on a note as post.ext.author_id. The RedNote id is not a lookup key. For the creator's notes call GET /v1/xiaohongshu/profile/posts.
