Live status, per platform
This page reads straight from GET /v1/status. Each platform's state comes from its live circuit breaker, so what you see here is what the API is actually doing right now, not a status we typed in by hand.

Every state is measured, not declared
We do not flip a switch to say we are up. Each platform carries a circuit breaker that trips on repeated upstream failures, and this page shows exactly what those breakers report.
The circuit is closed. Requests flow straight through to the platform and calls are billed as usual.
The circuit is half-open, testing recovery after failures. Calls may be slower or retried, and anything that fails is refunded.
The circuit is open after repeated upstream errors. New calls are rejected fast with a 503 and cost no credits, so you fail cheap instead of hanging.
