List endpoints return one page of results per call, plus a cursor to fetch the next page. Each page is a separate call billed at that endpoint's credit cost, so ten pages of a 1-credit endpoint is ten credits. There is no monthly cap or rate limit, and if a page comes back empty its credits are refunded, so you only pay for data you actually get.
Example: reading 10 pages of TikTok comments at 1 credit a page costs 10 credits.
