TikTok Hashtag API
Scrape TikTok Hashtag data with one API call. Returns TikTok's own record for a hashtag: its display name, its description where the platform has written one, and the two numbers that size it. `post.engagement.views` is the total views of videos under the tag and it is live, moving between calls minutes apart. `post.ext.video_count` is how many videos carry the tag. Pass either the tag name or, if you already have it, TikTok's numeric hashtag id. Use `/v1/tiktok/search/hashtag` to read the videos themselves.
