Prism Audience Language API
Scrape Prism Audience Language data with one API call. Pass platform (tiktok, instagram or youtube) and handle. The response is the language mix of comments on the creator's recent posts: Hangul, Kana, Thai and Han are read from the script, and Latin-script comments are classified with a closed list that includes cannot_tell. Each language is a share with n, how many were counted, how many were abstained, a 90% interval, and up to three verbatim comments. A share whose interval is wider than 0.25 has no headline number. On TikTok the follower sample from the audience call and the location field on one follower page sit beside that mix, each with its own n. The result is a language, never a country. A divergence flag is set only when both sides have at least 200 rows and the main language does not match the main follower country. posts is 1 to 5 and defaults to 5.
Last updated September 2026Maintained by the SocialCrawl team
Returns the language mix of comments on a creator's recent posts, with the sample size, the abstain count, a 90% interval and up to three verbatim comments per language. On TikTok the follower sample sits beside it, each with its own count.
Use it when you need the language of the people who comment, next to the follower sample, instead of reading the comment pages and counting by hand.
