Airbnb Listing Availability API
Returns an Airbnb listing's calendar night by night for up to 12 months: available and bookable, whether a stay can start or end, and minimum and maximum stay.
GET /v1/airbnb/listing/availabilityLast updated November 2026Maintained by the SocialCrawl team
When to use the Airbnb Listing Availability API
Use it to check open dates or gauge how booked a property is. It has no nightly price, so chain listing with dates to price a stay.
From the API reference
Returns an Airbnb listing's calendar night by night for up to 12 months: whether each night is available and bookable, whether a stay can start or end on it, and the minimum and maximum stay. A closed night that still allows check-out is the last night of someone's booking. Nights beyond the host's own booking window come back unavailable, so a long closed run at the end usually marks the window's edge, not bookings. There is no per-night price here; GET /v1/airbnb/listing with dates prices a stay.

What can you do with the Listing Availability API?
The Listing Availability endpoint gives you structured Airbnb data with computed fields in a single request. No scraping infrastructure to build or maintain.
Example Request
# GET /v1/airbnb/listing/availability: 5 credits per call. Cache hits are free and failed calls are refunded.
# Check the price first for 0 credits: add dry_run=1 to the query. Nothing is fetched or charged.
# --max-time 60: the API's own time limit for this endpoint.
# --retry 3: retries timeouts, 429 and 5xx, honoring Retry-After.
# -o response.json keeps only the final attempt's body.
# One Idempotency-Key per request, reused on every retry, so a retried call is never charged twice.
IDEMPOTENCY_KEY=$(od -An -N16 -tx1 /dev/urandom | tr -d ' \n')
