Set min_followers to the smallest audience you will accept. The example uses 50000, and a lower value suits micro influencers while a higher one keeps only large accounts. Raise or lower it and rerun.
Which platforms does it search?
It ranks creators across TikTok, Threads and Instagram by default, and sources= adds youtube, twitter and facebook or narrows the list, as the example does with sources=tiktok,instagram. The response also groups results per source in creators_by_source.
How do I find creators in one country?
Add country= to keep the creators posting about the topic in one market. The registry mentions Latin American, Spanish and Brazilian markets, so check it before assuming another region is covered.
What does each result show?
Each creator has a username, display name, bio, follower count, verified flag and profile url, plus a relevance score, a follower rank and an account type such as individual creator. A summary gives follower percentiles.
Does it find posts as well as creators?
It does not, because search/creators returns profiles. The registry points to search/everywhere for posts, so use that when you want content about the topic and this endpoint when you want the people behind it.
How much does one run cost?
One run of the example above costs 10 credits across one API call. Every new account gets 100 free credits, credits for failed or empty calls are refunded automatically, and there is no subscription.
