Instagram Comment Likers API
Scrape Instagram Comment Likers data with one API call. Returns the accounts that liked one Instagram comment, each with username, display name, avatar URL, verification status and profile URL. Pass the comment's numeric id as `comment_id` (the `comment.id` on /v1/instagram/post/comments rows), or its permalink (`https://www.instagram.com/p/{shortcode}/c/{comment_id}/`) as `url`. A page carries up to about 50 accounts; pass `next_cursor` back as `cursor` for the next page. A comment with no likes returns an empty list, which is not charged. There is no total like count here: read `comment.engagement.likes` on the comment itself.
