> Returns one Xiaohongshu note from its URL or note id: full body, images or video, creator, likes, comments, saves, shares and the IP province. post.ext.text_truncated is false. Search rows are only a summary. Xiaohongshu does not publish view counts, so post.engagement.views is null.
