To go wider, call it again with any returned username as the next `handle`. Cost: 5 credits a call. Time: about 5 to 10 seconds on a fresh call, and a repeat within the cache window is 0 credits. The list is a single fixed window: it is not paginated and returns no cursor. author.location is not published on this surface and is null on every row; `GET /v1/tiktok/profile` returns the region for any single account.
