> Returns the data behind Instagram's "About this account" panel for a public account: the country the account is based in (`author.ext.country`), the month it joined (`author.ext.account_created`), and the public contact address and phone the account publishes (`author.ext.public_email`, `author.ext.public_phone`). Country is the account's own declared country, not the country you are calling from. Coverage follows what Instagram publishes: an account that shows no transparency panel returns null for those fields.
